AlumniCLASS OF 1999Dear Classmate,
High school; those two words often trigger some of the best memories of our lives. The friends, the games, the classes (or more likely, what happened between them). It was a time like no other, and for the first time ever, JFK is inviting us back to recreate those memories, rekindle friendships and reconnect with the place where we spent some of our most formative years.
On Friday, Nov. 27, John F. Kennedy Catholic High School is inviting the Class of 1999 back to Somers for an evening of nostalgia and fun from 6 – 10 p.m. For just $60 a ticket or $100 per couple, we will be treated to a buffet dinner and open bar, free run of the school, and a DJ—who is none other than Anthony Pili ’00—to provide the musical entertainment. You can make requests; mine is only that you join us for our 10-year celebration.
As I’m sure you’ll agree, a class reunion is no fun at all if our old friends don’t show, so be sure to get on the phone, text, e-mail, Facebook, MySpace and tweet the gang and get them to Kennedy on Nov. 27. For more information on our 10-year high school reunion or to RSVP, please call Alex Malecki in the Alumni Office at (914) 232-5061 Ext. 135 or e-mail alumni@kennedycatholic.org. You can also reach out to me using the information below.
Otherwise, please download the Reunion Reply Form and Alumni Questionnaire and return them via fax or e-mail by Friday, Nov. 13. I know it’s probably been a while since you heard from our high school—all the more reason to come back and celebrate with the old crew at this party Kennedy is throwing for us. My brother, Don ’98, had his 10-year last Thanksgiving, and I see no reason why we can’t have an even better time. I truly hope you will be there!
Sincerely,
Jessica Giuseppi
